We are very excited to make our bioluminescent toys available for you to experience the wonder of bioluminescence in your own backyard. If the Splashlight you ordered arrives broken and does not work properly you may be eligible for a replacement or possibly a refund.
Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (You may print the receive you received by email)
Return Process
To start the refund process contact using our form by clicking on the “Request Product Return” below to tell us about your issues. We will then e-mail or call you within 48 hours informing you of the status of your request and providing you information for how we will proceed.
